Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Network professional to join our Infrastructure Support and Maintenance Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network technologies and be responsible for providing high-quality support and maintenance for our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure optimal operation of network systems.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates to network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex network issues.
  • Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.
  • Assist in the implementation of network security measures.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members on network-related topics.
  • Stay current with the latest network technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant network technology.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software.
  • Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Green Card holder or citizen.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with network security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $45,000 to $50,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipros standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
