Stop Loss Policy Administrator

A leading insurance provider in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Stop Loss Policy Administrator to join their Supplemental Health division. This fully remote role plays a vital part in ensuring the accurate and timely administration of stop loss policies, including updates, renewals, and agent of record (AOR) changes. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience in insurance or healthcare administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage Agent of Record (AOR) changes, policy updates, and renewal letters for stop loss policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and streamline policy administration.
  • Perform system coding and data entry with precision and attention to detail.
  • Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners via email and phone.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the policy administration process.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience with system coding or policy administration platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in insurance, healthcare administration, or stop loss policy management preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or policy management systems.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to accuracy and service excellence.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
