Responsibilities

Within EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Supply Chain practice, the Senior Director will work with some of the most innovative supply chain organizations globally. You'll work across the entire transaction lifecycle (pre-sign diligence, sign-to-close planning, post-close execution) of complex integrations (M&A) and divestitures. You'll help clients solve complex supply chain problems, developing innovative solutions that transform the supply chain and improve performance and resiliency across the plan, source, make, deliver/return functions of the supply chain.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related field and 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning / inventory, and/or logistics to optimize supply chain performance and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• Ability to prioritize effectively on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships internally and externally.
• Ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Knowledge of how to leverage AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
