Job Description Summary: The successful candidate will have three key areas of responsibility: Lead PayPal's global community impact campaigns and programming across our Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. Lead a team of North America site-based communicators who develop, design, and execute employee engagement strategies for their respective locations within the region. Lead site communications and employee engagement for our two NY sites, our fourth largest combined site globally.

Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall communication strategy, aligning with corporate goals and objectives.
• Lead the design and execution of high-impact communication projects to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and prioritize communication opportunities.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of communication programs, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with communication regulations and standards.
• Drive innovation in communication practices and tools, staying ahead of industry trends.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
