Head of Supply Chain (North America), NY | $120,000 – $140,000 base salary, plus benefits

A fast-growing, international consumer products company is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end operations across the North American region.

This senior role is responsible for ensuring supply continuity, optimising cost and inventory, and driving service excellence across a diverse and purpose-led portfolio. The successful candidate will bring both strategic thinking and operational rigour, working closely with manufacturing partners, commercial teams, and global functions to enable scalable growth.

What You'll Do:

• Lead supply chain operations for the North American region, including demand/supply planning, logistics, and inventory management
• Own and drive the S&OP process, ensuring alignment between supply and commercial teams
• Optimise performance across distribution, warehousing, and freight
• Manage third-party suppliers and manufacturing partners for service, quality, and compliance
• Support new product introductions and market expansions
• Collaborate with global teams on digital supply chain initiatives and system improvements
• Lead and develop a lean, high-performing supply chain team

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of supply chain experience, including leadership roles within CPG, FMCG, or healthcare industries
• Proven success managing regional or multi-market supply chain operations
• Strong working knowledge of ERP and planning systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, supplier management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in lean, matrixed environments preferred
• Exposure to regulated categories or innovation pipelines is a plus
