Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategicBrand Directorto lead our branding and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand equity, increasing visibility, and driving customer engagement across all platforms. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and analytical thinking, with a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.

Job Responsibilities

Brand Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and market positioning.
  • Establish and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity to enhance market presence and customer loyalty.

Brand Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and social media.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with the brand's tone, messaging, and visual guidelines.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct ongoing market research to uncover consumer insights, industry trends, and competitive strategies.
  • Use data and insights to inform marketing initiatives and refine brand messaging.

Content Development & Management

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality brand content, including advertising assets, public relations materials, social media posts, and website content.
  • Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.

Partnership & Media Relations

  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and strategic partners to amplify brand reach.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships and sponsorships to maximize visibility and ROI.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including campaign engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor the brand marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and performance excellence.
  • Encourage professional development and support the achievement of individual and team goals.

Agency Management

  • Overseeing relationships with external marketing agencies, including branding, digital, and social media agencies.

Budget Management

  • Managing marketing budgets effectively to ensure resources are allocated to the most impactful initiatives.

Franchise Relations

Collaborating with franchise owners to ensure alignment with brand standards and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree in marketing is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns with measurable results.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and consumer behavior.
  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and CRM systems.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects from concept to execution.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages—English, Spanish, and Chinese—is a plus
