Overview
Think and our Tier One events are one of our most important and productive marketing activities, playing a central role in positioning IBM and driving pipeline and revenue. The Client Experience Program Manager is essential for ensuring the successful execution of our strategic objectives at these events - ensuring IBM delivers the right content to the right audience with the most compelling experiences, while optimizing ROI on some of our most important marketing investments.
Your Role And Responsibilities
- Coordinating programming and experiences across Think flagship and Think on Tour events, in addition to other strategic IBM tier one events.
- Working collaboratively across marketing teams to align strategic objectives, design principles, event milestones and deadlines, and stakeholder requests to drive timely delivery of key Think objectives.

Bachelor\'s Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with a special focus on managing, moving, and meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills; ability to pull together diverse data and information into distilled clear, relevant, and direct messages for a diverse array of internal stakeholders
- Ability to marry strategic planning for Think content and experience with effective execution across multiple teams
- Ability to drive work forward while working with ambiguity and a diverse set of stakeholder requests

- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- Strong presentation skills (both in building and presenting for executives)
