Position Details
- Average Patients/Day: ~15
- EMR: Aria
- Linear Accelerator: Varian TrueBeam
- Treatment Planning System: Eclipse
- QA Method: Portal Dosimetry (therapists run plans, physicist analyzes)
- Team Structure: Solo physicist at Lapeer, with peripheral support from Flint
- Treatment Planning: Performed by Dosimetry; Physicist responsible for reviews
Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of IMRT, SBRT, and SRS
- Ability to perform machine and patient QA
- Proficiency in chart checks within R&V systems
- Experience in QA oversight, reviews, and analysis
