Customer Success Engineer
We are seeking a dedicated Cisco Customer Success Representative Engineer to join our team in Ft. Belvoir, VA. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that software, devices, and products are functioning correctly on the internet. You will be instrumental in developing our licensing and software experience for classified environments.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a panel interview as part of the selection process.
- Provide comprehensive licensing support for software, devices, and products.
- Track and manage requests from inception to completion, ensuring timely closure of tickets on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Deliver white glove service to our customers.
- Utilize JIRA for tracking, with ServiceNow as a backup system.
- Engage in a hands-on and friendly culture with weekly one-on-one meetings.
- Support one contract with quarterly meetings featuring food and drink.
- Participate in holiday celebrations and soft skills training, including public speaking.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Cisco technologies and JIRA.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Support.
- Understanding of licensing, particularly Our Client or competitor licensing.
- Help desk experience with a focus on customer service and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Understanding of routers, switches, networking, and licensing is beneficial.
- Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow for tracking and documentation.
- DevOps, scripting, or programming experience is advantageous but not required.
- Relevant military experience is considered valuable and may substitute for some requirements.
Work Environment
This position is onsite at Fort Belvoir, VA, located south of Washington, D.C. and Alexandria, VA. The standard work hours are 8 AM to 5 PM EST, with some flexibility. The work culture is supportive and engaging, featuring regular team interactions and opportunities for professional growth.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
