Ad Platforms is responsible for Disney's industry-leading ad technology and products – driving advertising performance, innovation, and value in Disney's sports, news, and entertainment content, across all media platforms.
As a Manager, Product Management within the Ad Platform technology team at DE&ET, you will be a part of the team defining Addressable advertising. You will lead a team of high-performing product managers overseeing a key product domain. You will also be responsible for the product strategy, business, and functional requirements consumable for engineering, and driving execution to establish the platform's future. Within the Ad Platform tech team, the Audience Data and Measurement team is responsible for first-party and third-party products that verify ad delivery and ad effectiveness; for delivering personalized ads to viewers based on behavior, demographics or detailed viewing context; and for defining strategies and data flows that link internal and external outcomes to ad exposures on our platforms, and drive insights that generate lift for the outcomes that matter to our advertising business.
ResponsibilitiesBasic Qualifications
The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $167,700.00 to $224,900.00 per year, in New York, NY and Seattle, WA is $175,800 to $235,700 per year, and in San Francisco, CA is $183,700 to $246,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
