We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business development initiatives and strategies. This position offers a hybrid working environment.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
• Lead negotiations and manage the execution of strategic partnerships and collaborations.

• Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage direct reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and communicate complex business data.
• Advanced understanding of market analysis and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
