JOB PURPOSE
Unilever US is poised for its next era of growth and Personal Care will sit at the center of that story. The ambition is clear: to transform the U.S. into a powerhouse of sustained, market-beating and market leading growth. We are well-positioned to do so, with structural momentum, brand strength, and transformation foundations already in place. What we now need is a strategic leader who can help translate this potential into a focused, actionable 3+ year plan — and raise the level of strategic dialogue across both category and enterprise leadership.
As Head of Strategy for Personal Care North America and Unilever US, this individual will be responsible for defining the long-term direction of our largest North America business unit, while also shaping the broader strategic agenda for Unilever's U.S. operations.
This is a Senior Director role, member of PCLT and NALT, with significant executive visibility and enterprise scope. We are seeking a leader with future leadership potential, sharp strategic instincts, and the ability to engage, influence, and challenge at the highest levels of the organization.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
The ambition for the US is not incremental — it's transformative. And Personal Care will be at the heart of that growth story.
This role is your platform to lead from the front — to guide bold decisions, shape the strategic future of Unilever US, and help elevate how we think, plan, and act as a leadership team. The time is now to bring clarity, unlock growth, and lead into the next horizon.
Fostering a strong sense of people fellowship and community — particularly across Work Level 1 and 2 — will be essential to delivering this ambition as one connected and purpose-driven team.
