HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

The DTC Supply Chain Analyst will play a critical role in managing and optimizing order flow, supporting product launches, store replenishments, new store openings, and e-commerce operations. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure inventory availability and manage order flows, resulting in timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management and Analysis (60%): Evaluate retail order flow, including receipt timing and inventory movement constraints. Make actionable recommendations to ensure successful operations across all channels.
  • Report and Communicate (30%): Provide timely fulfillment updates and collaborate with various teams to monitor details and execute next steps efficiently.
  • Ad Hoc Responsibilities (10%): Research order exceptions, maintain system configurations for accurate inventory visibility, and identify process improvement opportunities.

  • You are a self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • You can adapt to a fast-paced environment while focusing on priorities and deadlines.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (3.2 GPA or higher preferred).
  • You can start in the role full-time by January 2026.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in supply chain, order management, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools, such as Tableau, with strong analytical skills to track KPIs and generate performance reports.
  • A strong focus and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • A demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
