Lincoln Tech is looking for an energetic, customer-centric Receptionist / Admissions Coordinator. In this position, you would support the Admissions Office's strategic goals, helping to administer the day-to-day workflow while also facilitating the admissions process. Responsibilities of a Receptionist / Admissions Coordinator
- Support Admissions initiatives by assisting students throughout the application process
- Assists / manages the official social media accounts to enhance engagement, promote events, and support the school's visibility within the high school recruiting market.
- Respond to admissions-related inquiries from parents, high school personnel, campus partners, and internal staff
- Attend Admissions events
- Maintain admissions-related data and correspondence
- Provide overall support to the Admissions Department
- Report to the Director of Admissions
Requirements of a Receptionist / Admissions Coordinator
- High school diploma or GED
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong customer service and telephone skills
- A clear sense of urgency and ability to multitask
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
