Responsible for leading the technical execution of high voltage substation projects, partnering with project managers, assigning tasks, mentoring staff, and ensuring quality deliverables. The role also involves supporting proposal development, risk mitigation, and client engagement. This position offers the opportunity to gain management experience, with potential direct reports ranging from 3-4 initially, eventually expanding to 4-6. Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $67.00 - $79.32/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
