In the next six months, we'll launch 25-30 campuses requiring new construction, major renovations, and bulletproof operational systems. This isn't portfolio oversightit's an execution imperative with the resources and authority to match. You'll lead a full team of executives and specialists while owning the entire physical infrastructure that makes our mission possible.

What You Will Be Doing

• Command the national facilities operation: delivering new builds, major renovations, and scalable systems across 25-30 campuses with non-negotiable deadlines
• Lead and scale a high-performance team (SVP + VPs + staff) with complete P&L authority for the facilities pillar
• Establish and enforce enterprise-wide standards for procurement, security, furniture, networking, and brand presence
• Architect and implement AI-powered playbooks that systematically reduce friction and accelerate each expansion cycle
• Report directly to the founder while orchestrating cross-functional execution with legal, finance, and regulatory teams

Partner Key Responsibilities

Deliver, elevate, and sustain facilities nationwideensuring every campus is student-ready, on-time, and supported by scalable, AI-driven systems that make expansion progressively faster and more efficient.

Basic Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, including at least 5 at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG (Principal, Partner, or AP level)
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-site execution initiatives with uncompromising timelines and material consequences
• Direct leadership over new construction, large-scale renovations, and operational systems at national or global scale
• Hands-on experience with retail buildouts and/or large-scale maintenance programs where launch readiness was non-negotiable
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams with full budget/P&L ownership
• Exceptional structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication capabilities
• Proficiency operating with urgency, autonomy, and accountability in high-growth or PE-backed environments
• U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel ~25%

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience launching or scaling regulated, multi-site operations
• Background in education, retail, or healthcare expansion where facilities were a critical dependency
• Track record of designing and implementing AI-enhanced operational systems

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $400 USD/hour, which equates to $800,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
