The Population Health Analyst will work on the Value Based Operations team to conduct clinical, contract, and financial analysis to meet/exceed value-based benchmarks within the Home Based Primary Care business line of BrightSpring. This role analyzes a variety of internal and external data sets to facilitate meaningful insights that are used to improve effectiveness and timeliness of outcomes and performance strategy. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, this role will bring efficiency to team operations to decrease the administration of healthcare. Ultimately, the work you do will have a direct impact on the growth of our value-based care success and our ability to care for more patients in their homes.

- Bachelor's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience.
- Several years of experience with health care data sets and analysis with proven track record of managing complex data projects across disparate systems.
- Prior experience in value-based care organizations, notably primary care, a plus.
- Advanced technical skills in data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel, and visualization platforms, like PowerBI; foundational skills in programming language, such as SQL a plus.
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop key insights to support action and execution.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills for presenting data findings to diverse audiences, including active engagement via remote collaboration platforms, like Microsoft Teams.

- Highly accountable and reliable teammate that is willing to support teammates, patients, and our partners to drive high quality care.
- Travel 0-25%.

Salary Range: USD $110,000.00 - $115,000.00 / Year
