The Work You Will Do: Serve as the primary contact for incoming calls, provide accurate information, greet visitors, and ensure a welcoming environment. Manage security intercoms, vet guests, coordinate room setups, monitor fleet vehicles, and support mailroom and reprographics operations. Collaborate with security to maintain safety and assist with special projects.

The Successful Candidate will have:

• Knowledge of office procedures, computer usage, and mailroom operations.
• Skills in adaptability, attention to detail, customer service, and proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Ability to work independently, communicate proactively, lift up to 50 lbs., and foster strong relationships.

Other Requirements: Valid Class E driver license with a clean driving record.
