As a client partner with a focus on IT provider in the healthcare environment, you are responsible for winning new customers and deepening diverse existing customer relationships. For this, you recognize early project opportunities before others do. You advise our customers on strategic questions and in the planning and execution of demanding projects in the specialist and IT areas.

Your mission

  • You systematically open up new customers in the healthcare environment (with a focus on the IT providers of clinics, health insurance companies and research institutions), build contacts at the higher management level in IT and specialist areas and maintain these sustainably
  • You develop sales strategies for our complete portfolio (e.g. IT Security, ServiceNow, Salesforce, AI/KI, CX, AppDevOps, Data Center) together with the consulting units, tailored to the customer and bring them to a conclusion
  • You lead and accompany complex contract negotiations up to C-level
  • You accompany the NTT DATA internal sales process and manage it independently
  • You sustainably develop already opened customers and steadily expand customer relationships

Your skillset

  • You are an experienced sales personality and bring many years of experience (e.g. as an account or key account manager) and diverse contacts in the healthcare sector
  • You have a completed university degree or a comparable qualification and bring at least 5 years of experience in IT or process consulting sales and customer acquisition
  • Ideally, you have experience in planning and implementing IT or process consulting projects
  • You are a team player, have a high customer orientation and bring knowledge of our service portfolio and the common contract types
  • You have strong communication skills with a high social competence on higher management levels and convince with your dynamic appearance
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation-safe German and English language skills as well as willingness to travel complete your profile
