You will be the Engineering Project Manager for the F-16 project engineering team. This role directs, coordinates, and exercises authority for planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of F-16 and T-50 engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility.

What You Will Be Doing

• Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection, and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Plans and formulates engineering projects and organizes project staff according to requirements.
• Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project.
• Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
