Were looking for a Senior Manager of Implementation - Digital (Americas) to lead our Digital pillar across the region. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing a team of Implementation Engineers and Team Leads in the Americas region, leading the Digital Pillar. This role will provide strategic direction, drive operational excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of implementation projects for Adyen's Digital customers. Responsibilities include leading, developing, and scaling a team of Implementation Engineers and Team Leads; driving quality and standardization of project delivery across the Americas; executing the implementation strategy focused on reducing time to live; managing complex operational challenges; liaising with product and commercial leadership; collaborating with other teams to grow the IM organization in maturity, quality, and scalability; and defining and executing strategic initiatives to advance the IM function's OKRs. The role requires 7+ years of experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced, global environment, a proven track record of driving continuous improvement and innovation, strong understanding of global commerce challenges, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership abilities, focus on execution and operational excellence, and comfort with ambiguity and change. The position is based in either the San Francisco or New York City office. The company values in-person collaboration and does not offer remote-only roles.
