Chief Financial Officer (CFO)– Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, SC (On-site)

TGC Executive Search is conducting a confidential search on behalf of our client for a strategic and experiencedChief Financial Officer (CFO). This is alocal, on-site rolebased inSpartanburg, SC, ideal for a finance leader with deep expertise in thestaffing, payroll services, or professional servicesindustries.

What You'll Do

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support growth and profitability.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance functions.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting aligned with GAAP.
• Partner with executive leadership to guide strategic decisions.
• Manage external relationships with banks, auditors, and advisors.
• Support M&A activities and integration efforts.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Prior CFO or senior executive finance experience instaffing or professional servicesisrequired.
• Strong operational and strategic finance skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Must bebased in Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, SC areaor willing to relocate.
