Immediate Need in Atlanta to fill an Executive Management/ COO role for a small, dynamic media company. Responsible for many levels of activity from day to day operational oversight to high-level strategy and corporate direction. Serve as the right-hand-person for the owner/founder. Must be experienced and skilled in accounting, sales, media buying, corporate strategy, and management. Must have an MBA. $100K - $110K.

• People person
• Successful track record in sales
• Proficient in the digital space, including social media (understands digital strategies, tactics, etc.)
• Management experience leading people
• Media buying experience in both digital and traditional
• Down to earth presentation skills
