Reliance One, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This position requires a hands-on professional with strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of HR practices within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and coordinate HR policies, procedures, and programs across the plant.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
  • Assist with performance management, training, and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with plant leadership to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Support safety initiatives and workers' compensation processes.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a plant manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
