As the Head of Technical Operations, you are the face of the company, who represents Molten Cloud everyday with customers across the world. You are also a team leader, and your team looks to you to have clarity on execution, especially when there are multiple projects running concurrently. You will lead the Technical Operations team that is responsible for onboarding new customers, and providing technical support. Your role will be a blend of team leadership, technical problem-solving, and customer engagement.

Note that this role will work on ET (Boston / NYC) hours.

You will lead the Technical Operations team that is responsible for onboarding new customers, and providing technical support. Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding: own each project of onboarding customers to Molten Cloud, from start to finish. Work with your team on every step, from data collection, cleaning, transformation, to platform configurations and data loading. Meet customers as frequently as needed, to gather requirements and present solutions.
  • Support: after onboarding continue your connection with customers to support them through any technical issues they may be facing. Technical support includes any content delivery requests from customers and product troubleshooting. Interact with customers via email, phone, video call or in person, to provide best in class support and collaborate with our product team on technical matters.
  • Project and people management: manage multiple onboarding projects and support requests efficiently. Align with customers and other teams internally on priorities, orchestrate deliverables that meet our quality standards, and share customer feedback with the product team. Additionally, as a team leader, it is essential to ensure the continued skillset and professional development of your team members.

As an ideal fit for this role, you have prior experience leading a technical team that grew across early stage funding rounds or something similar. You are a technical leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS technical operations experience, having held a leadership role
  • Experience onboarding customers to new and complex software solutions
  • Experience managing content and data operations in the cloud
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using Python, AWS and JIRA/similar
  • Previous experience in the media industry is preferred but not mandatory
  • Technical Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience)
