Job Title: Digital Platform Manager

Job Location: Matawan, NJ(On-site)

Direct Hire

BS in Marketing, Business, or Communications (MBA is a plus)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

· 5+ years in managing mobile app and/or website platforms in retail, grocery, or eCommerce

· Proven experience delivering measurable revenue growth from digital platforms

· Strong understanding of digital advertising and retail media monetization

· Hands on experience with content management systems, product imagery, and UAT testing

· Familiarity with grocery retail tech stack, including POS integration, coupon systems, and loyalty programs.

· Strong project management and vendor management capabilities

· Excellent communication skills, able to present to both technical and non-technical audiences

· Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights

· Comfortable working in a cooperative or franchise model, balancing corporate goals with member needs
