Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership for Senior Living operations across Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care.
  • Foster a resident-first culture and empower teams to deliver exceptional care and service.
  • Lead growth initiatives, including new build openings and lease-ups, and build occupancy targets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build and sustain strong community relationships.

Qualifications

  • Leadership ExcellenceYou lead by example, motivating high-performing teams to achieve their best.
  • Proven SuccessTrack record of achieving occupancy goals and delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Operational MasteryDeep experience in operations, healthcare, customer service, and fiscal responsibility in senior living.
  • Strong Relationship BuilderBuilds lasting relationships with residents, families, and the community.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in business or healthcare administration preferred
  • Licensed Assisted Living Administrator required
