Job Description

Insight Global is in search of an Operations Support Specialist. They provide technical and administrative support for the company's day-to-day operations. They troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and ensure that systems and processes run smoothly.

Some additional tasks are listed below:

• new hire paperwork
• IT requests
• pulling jobs from VZ systems
• making updates in our project management software
• operating the front desk
• open to learning CAD software to assist with permitting
