Engage with our clients on their brands across multiple departments and categories.
Utilize current tools (Retail Link, Scintilla, Nova, Aspen, etc.) and learn new tools to provide the best support for our clients and team.
Stay current on retailers' supply chain and replenishment system capabilities and strategies, so you can take action that drive results.
Identify, execute, and share best practices.
Own & develop strong relationships with retailer contacts, our clients' teams, and cross functional team members to optimize operational performance against Walmart performance metrics including instocks, OTIF, SQEP, etc.
Support operational processes across the team including weekly reporting, ad hoc analysis, and general client support.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Replenishment with a CPG supplier or broker to Walmart.
Integrity and desire to always do what is right.
Exceptional analysis skills (MS Excel) to identify actions needed, create meaningful data stories, communicate status, drive action, and monitor for results.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented, organized, reliable and resourceful approach.
Desire to learn, grow, and engage with your teammates and clients.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects across client base simultaneously, including tracking and communicating project status to internal and external customers in a timely manner.
