Our client, a global investment advisor, is actively looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team in Charlotte, NC!This role is onsite hybrid 3 days a week so local candidates are required.

This Talent Acquisition Coordinator will essentially act as a Brand Ambassador for the company and will be directly communicating with new hires during their interview and onboarding journey and post start-date. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable with multitasking and pivoting between scheduling interviews, onboarding, and interacting with new hires!
Responsibilities
- Responsible for scheduling interviews with both candidates and respective hiring managers, Talent Management & Recruiting, and other cross-functional teams (high volume calendar management and scheduling)
- Responsible for partnering with new hires and respective hiring managers throughout the onboarding process, assisting with ensuring candidates fill out background checks, monitoring status, communicating updates over, etc.
- Manage the coordination of HR/hiring events
- Identifies opportunities to improve process and partners closely with HR partners
Required Skills & Experience
- Undergraduate degree required or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of HR or Talent Acquisition Coordination experience
- Experience working with Workday
- Experience or familiarity with Paradox (or other pre-employment testing software)
- Experience working with background check software
- HR professional certifications strongly preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple initiatives under pressure while using strategic thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
