What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through disciplined opportunity management and consistent rhythm and pace
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients, executing land-and-expand strategies
- Cultivate deep relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that articulate business value and differentiation
- Conduct continuous research on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5-7 years of consultative sales experience with a proven record of exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in Retail Analytics, Data SaaS Solutions, and/or AI technologies
- Exceptional strategic negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives
- Highly organized and disciplined in pipeline management, deal qualification, and sales forecasting
