What You Will Be Doing
- Leading national facilities operations: driving new builds, major upgrades, and robust ops systems across 25–30 campuses.
- Scaling and managing a high-performance team (SVP + VPs + staff) with full P&L accountability for the facilities division.
- Crafting and implementing global standards for procurement, security, networking, and more.
- Creating AI-driven playbooks that streamline and accelerate expansion cycles.
- Collaborating with legal, finance, and regulatory teams to meet critical go-live deadlines.

- Standing on the sidelines offering recommendations — you will be the decision-maker.
- Focusing on single-site projects — your vision will be systemic and national in scope.
- Managing outdated processes — you'll innovate with AI-driven playbooks.
- Waiting for top-down directives — you'll be the driving force behind the expansion.
Associate Partner Key Responsibilities
Ensure every campus across the nation is student-ready, on-time, and supported by scalable, AI-driven systems.
Basic Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in leading complex, multi-site execution with tight timelines.
- Proven leadership in new-builds, large-scale upgrades, and operational systems at a national or global scale.
- Hands-on experience with retail buildouts or large-scale maintenance programs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams with full budget/P&L ownership.
- Exceptional problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating with urgency, autonomy, and accountability in fast-growth or PE-backed environments.
- U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel approximately 25%.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Experience launching or scaling regulated, multi-site ventures.
- Background in education, retail, or healthcare expansion with facilities as a critical component.
- Track record of designing and implementing AI-driven operational systems.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $400 USD/hour, which equates to $800,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
