What You'll Do:
- Receive and process product shipments, including unloading trucks and performing stockroom operations.
- Replenish the sales floor based on customer demand and seasonal trends.
- Engage with customers by greeting them and assisting with their needs.
- Implement product protection standards to ensure safety and security.
- Participate in training new hires on company standards, product knowledge, and inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with team members to foster an inclusive culture.
- Support customer service and sales efforts to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Meet or exceed individual performance goals and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Act with integrity, demonstrating good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Maintain a safe work environment for associates and customers.
What Skills You Have:
- Strong customer service skills and ability to multi-task with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- No previous retail experience necessary.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
- Experience in client-facing retail or service industries.
