Maintains quality of services delivered in all tasks associated with position as evidenced in periodic evaluation/monitoring performance of specific competencies. In the event of a disaster, this health department is required to assume specific responsibilities during and after the event. This employee will be expected to report for duty during and/or after the disaster as needed. All information held in health records is confidential, with access governed by state and federal laws. Confidential information includes the client's name, address, medical, social and financial data and services received. Sexually transmitted disease and pregnancy information is of a more sensitive nature and is to be maintained by the school nurse in a separate confidential file inaccessible to other staff.
