We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Entry-Level Laboratory Technician to support core laboratory operations in a structured, production-driven environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a foundational background in science who are looking to gain hands-on experience in laboratory procedures and equipment handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine laboratory tasks including seed processing, planting, harvesting, grinding, and reagent preparation
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment under supervision
• Assist with raw material inspection, inventory management, and supply stocking
• Follow established protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency in data collection
• Support seasonal production demands and adapt to shifting laboratory priorities

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in a scientific discipline (required)
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods (4–6 hours)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working in a team-oriented setting
