Position Summary The Parking Services Operation Coordinator is responsible for all parking surface areas and parking garages, including security and janitorial staff, under the direction of the Executive Director and Associate Director of Operations. This includes customer service, signing up customers for parking privileges, and other functions using the T2 Parking system. The incumbent performs revenue collection activities from T2 APS (Automated Pay Stations) and Luke II Multi-Space Meters and maintains usage and revenue records. Inspection of parking areas, compiling and preparation of reports and statistics, and other functions necessary to ensure efficient parking operation. Collecting logs from parking booths and uploading files daily.

The Parking Coordinator will keep accurate records needed to ensure compliance with parking operations. The coordinator will partner with Parking Services management, coordinate services, and oversee events and the traffic control for special events such as basketball games, concerts, commencements, and move-in. In the absence of the Operations Manager, the Parking Services Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the event sheet, a document detailing event parking logistics and staffing.

This position has essential personnel status. This position requires a driver's license background check.

Required Education and Experience *One (1) year of related experience.

Required Skills and Abilities *Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license or able to obtain one if hired. *Must be able to travel to various parking services locations. *Must possess the skills to work with well-designed systematic processes for auditing the attendants' paperwork. contractor's timecards, billings, and verification for the janitorial staff. *Must have the ability to provide consistent quality internal and external customer services. *Must have the skill and ability to compile and prepare reports, statistics, and other functions necessary to ensure efficient parking operations. *Must have the ability to understand which day-to-day tasks have the highest priority and keep the Executive Director and Associate Director of Operations informed of any inconsistencies in processes assigned to coordinate. *Must possess the ability to maintain necessary supplies for all the parking areas, ensuring no errors are made in ordering. *Responsible for maintaining repair records and the current on-hand parts list.
