Starting Wage: $22.50 - $26.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Available Schedules:
- Schedule A1: Work Wednesday through Sunday; off Monday and Tuesday. Pay: Year 1 - $26.50, Year 2 - $27.25, Year 3 - $28.00, Year 4 - $28.00, Year 5 - $29.00.
- Schedule A2: Work Friday through Tuesday; off Wednesday and Thursday. Pay: Year 1 - $26.50, Year 2 - $27.25, Year 3 - $28.00, Year 4 - $28.00, Year 5 - $29.00.
- Schedule B: Three-week rotating schedule, working Saturday and Sunday 2 of every 3 weeks; 2 consecutive weekdays off. Pay: Year 1 - $24.50, Year 2 - $25.25, Year 3 - $26.00, Year 4 - $26.00, Year 5 - $27.00.
- Schedule C: Four-week rotating schedule, working Saturday and Sunday every other weekend; 2 weekdays off. Pay: Year 1 - $23.50, Year 2 - $24.25, Year 3 - $25.00, Year 4 - $25.00, Year 5 - $26.00.
- Schedule D: Work Monday through Friday; off Saturday and Sunday. Pay: Year 1 - $22.50, Year 2 - $23.25, Year 3 - $24.00, Year 4 - $24.00, Year 5 - $25.00.
Key Responsibilities:
Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders. Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse per handling guidelines. Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment. Unload incoming shipments from trucks. Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse to meet safety standards. Participate in warehouse inventory counts. Communicate effectively with peers and management. Provide input to improve warehouse processes. Inspect products for quality and safety issues. Assist management in achieving budget goals and following company policies. Safely operate warehouse equipment. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and work in varying temperatures including outdoor and refrigerated environments. Capability to safely operate powered industrial equipment is required.
