Job DescriptionPosition Overview

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift Information

Day 4x10-Hour Shift: 07:00 AM - 05:30 PM

Requirements
  • Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR experience; Open Heart and Vascular experience preferred.
  • Must have 18 months permanent CVOR experience prior to travel.
  • Preferred skills in Scrub and Circulate roles.
  • One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission.
  • ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate completion during orientation, with acceptable scores on both assessments required.
  • Must work at least every other holiday.
  • Permanent Ohio license in hand at the time of submission. Compact licenses accepted for starts from January 1, 2023, and forward.
  • Background checks will be reviewed by the facility; no open cases will be accepted.
  • Facility does not accept any license violations.
  • Travelers may be submitted for only one job at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System.
Additional Information

Nurses and CSTs are currently exempt from the nicotine-free facility requirements, and this exemption is temporary. All other travelers must be nicotine-free, with a negative 10-panel drug screen required within 12 months of start.

All badging and fingerprinting must be completed at the facility prior to the start date, once all required modules have been fulfilled.
