Key Duties

Operations

• Serve as charge nurse when assigned
• Ensure supply/inventory levels are adequate and cost‐effective
• Report staffing/material shortages up appropriate leadership
• Promote efficient patient flow during shifts
• Maintain accurate documentation meeting hospital and legal standards

Professional Development

• Foster a supportive, patient‐focused work environment
• Continuously improve clinical skills and knowledge
• Demonstrate professionalism: respect, compassion, ethics
• Engage in lifelong learning and innovation
• Take part in shared decision making, committees, and specialty councils

Requirements

• NYS RN/LPN license
• BLS certification
• At least 2 years ambulatory experience
• EPIC experience highly preferred
• Education: BSN preferred; ADN acceptable with relevant experience or enrolled in BSN program
