Required Experience:

- Familiarity with pre-employment screening processes and compliance standards.

- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, service-oriented recruiting environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Calendly) and ATS systems.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be skilled in interview scheduling, pre-employment candidate screenings, and job board management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage pre-employment screenings, including background checks, driver's license verifications, reference checks, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule onsite and virtual interviews across departments, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Post job openings on role-specific job boards and maintain accurate listings across platforms.
- Maintain proficiency in using job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and niche industry platforms
- Track candidate progress and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) accordingly.
- Communicate professionally with candidates to provide accurate application status updates and answer candidate questions while ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring goals and timelines.
- Support talent outreach by scheduling and preparing for career fairs and onsite hiring events
- Assist with new hire orientation and various onboarding tasks
- Coordinate travel for visiting candidates
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
