Title: Memory Care Director

Lead and manage the memory care program for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia at a dedicated assisted living facility. Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and develop person-centered care plans. Supervise and train staff, coordinate with healthcare teams, and maintain communication with residents' families. Drive program quality to enhance residents' independence, dignity, and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or equivalent preferred
• Dementia care certification highly desirable
• Proven leadership in senior or memory care settings
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, full-time, Sunday-Thursday. Benefits include health insurance, retirement, PTO, and professional development.
