Responsibilities
- Develop and direct timelines and processes from study start-up to completion, including study materials and statistical methodology
- Track progress and report hindrances to established workflows, providing solutions as needed
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key study personnel and external sponsors
- Oversee research regulatory processes and documentation for clinical trials, including submissions to the Institutional Review Board (IRB)
- Participate in grant-writing, study protocol development, and manuscript development processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional research experience
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with staff and project stakeholders
- Strong skills in research methodology and statistical analyses
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
