Job Title: Dispute Analyst

Location: Evansville, IN (100% Onsite)

Pay Rate: $22-25/hr

Schedule: 40 hours/week, typically 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Position Summary

The Dispute Analyst is responsible for supporting case management of incoming payment disputes, including ACH, ATM, Zelle, and debit card transactions. This role requires high-volume data entry, processing accuracy, and the ability to manage cases in compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills or early career experience in finance, banking, or operations, with excellent computer proficiency and the ability to multitask across multiple monitors and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and process dispute claims and chargeback cases, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (including Reg E).
  • Review supporting documentation and determine outcomes for disputes.
  • Process financial adjustments and maintain accurate case records.
  • Handle disputes efficiently and within required timelines.
  • Collaborate with team members in a competitive, goal-driven environment.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking (basic formulas and general functionality).
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders via MS Outlook and other communication tools.
