What You'll Do As our Fulfillment Associate, you'll be on the front lines of our fulfillment operation—picking, packing, and shipping items with precision and pride. You'll:

• Accurately pick and pack orders to keep our customers happy
• Navigate our digital tools to track inventory and process shipments
• Embrace new tech that helps us fulfill smarter and faster
• Keep an eye on quality, making sure every order meets our standards
• Use shipping software to print labels and prep packages
• Support your team to meet daily goals and boost efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Join training sessions to stay up to date on procedures and innovations

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus—but not required
• Strength to lift packages and stamina to be on your feet (you'll move a lot!)
• Detail-driven and proud of getting things right the first time
• Friendly and proactive team player
• Comfort with tech—scanners, apps, and warehouse software
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
