Picker/Packer $19/hour

We are seeking a diligent Cleanroom Packer to join our team in Fairfield, OH. This role involves working in a cleanroom environment where you will be responsible for packaging materials and ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Break down pallets and load material on carts.
• Pack boxes with corresponding inventory.
• Utilize pallet jacks to move material throughout the warehouse.
• Operate a forklift once trained and certified.
• Conduct cycle counts to manage inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all applicable safety policies and procedures.

Essential Skills

• Ability to lift up to 70lbs (rarely required).
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Initiative to be productive and maintain a positive attitude.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• No previous manufacturing or warehouse experience required.
• Familiarity with packing, packaging, and material handling is beneficial.
• Experience with RF scanners and pallet jacks is a plus.

Work Environment

This position operates in a cleanroom environment on the 2nd shift, from 12pm to 9pm, Monday through Friday. The role is contract-to-hire and provides an engaging and supportive workplace where safety and teamwork are prioritized.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Ohio.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
