We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric RN to join our Behavioral Health team. The RN will provide direct patient care, support treatment plans, and promote a safe and therapeutic environment for individuals with mental health needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for psychiatric patients.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and the care team to develop treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, and coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with facility policies.

Requirements:

• Active RN license.
• Experience in psychiatric/behavioral health.
• Strong communication and crisis management skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented.

BSN REQUIREDPrevious Adult Psych Unit experience- BLS (AHA)- CPI
