Remote Telehealth RN (PRN)

Hourly Rate: $115Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week (PRN)Location: Fully Remote

We are currently seeking an experienced and licensed Registered Nurse (RN) for a fully remote, PRN telehealth position. This role involves a blend of case management, utilization review (UR), and actuarial support, with a strong emphasis on chronic disease management and wellness, particularly in patients with diabetes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically skilled RN who is comfortable working independently in a remote setting and has multi-state licensure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth assessments and chart reviews
• Support chronic disease management, including diabetes care and wellness initiatives
• Perform utilization review and collaborate on care optimization strategies
• Provide clinical input for actuarial and population health analyses
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Active compact RN license required
• Must hold or be willing to obtain licensure in at least one the following priority states:
  • California (CA)
  • Connecticut (CT)
  • Illinois (IL)

  • Michigan (MI)

• Multi-state RN licensure preferred
• clinical nursing experience
• Prior experience in telehealth, remote nursing, or virtual care is required
• Background in case management, utilization review, or chronic disease management strongly preferred

Additional Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and telehealth platforms
• Strong organizational, communication, and clinical documentation skills
