Job Description :
This is a chance to step into a leadership role with a global manufacturing organization that values precision, discipline, and accountability at every level. The company has earned its reputation by delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, serving industries where failure is not an option. Much like a military unit, the culture here is driven by mission readiness, teamwork, and continuous improvement, with U.S. operations playing a vital role in ensuring success on a worldwide scale. As the Director of U.S. Quality, you will be the commanding presence over all quality functions in American manufacturing operations. Your mission will be to ensure that every product leaving the line is battle-ready-meeting or exceeding regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations. This position oversees both Quality Assurance and Quality Control, directing teams with the same precision and discipline found in a well-trained unit. You will lead from the front during inspections and audits, representing the organization much like a senior officer during an external review. Every process-from raw materials to final release-falls under your responsibility, requiring a steady hand, sharp judgment, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. The individual best suited for this role is a seasoned leader who thrives in structured, high-stakes environments. Military veterans will recognize the parallels immediately: compliance systems mirror inspection protocols, audits resemble readiness checks, and continuous improvement echoes the after-action review process. While proven leadership and mission-focused discipline are essential, having direct experience in manufacturing environments is a huge plus. Understanding production processes, supply chains, and the realities of a factory floor will give you an even stronger foundation to drive quality across the operation. Whether your background is in quality management, engineering, or military service, if you know how to unite people under a mission, hold the line on standards, and deliver results under pressure, this role offers an opportunity to put those skills into action in a way that directly shapes operational success.Location: Wellsville, NYPay: $140,000/yrShift: M-T, 10hr days w Fridays as necessary401K: Yes with company matchPTO: yes and grows with tenureBonus: annual depending on company performanceBenefits: full medical, dental, health, full package Job 58632
