Your Role:
Monitor and analyze infection data; recommend action plans
Ensure compliance with infection prevention policies and regulations
Educate and support staff across all departments
Develop policies and procedures to protect residents and staff
Report infection control data internally and externally
Qualifications:
Infection Prevention Certification required
RN license in Ohio required and Associate's Degree in Nursing
Long-term care experience preferred
CPR certification
Strong skills in teaching, policy development, and clinical evaluation
