Job Title: Executive Assistant Location: Bergen County, NJ (On-site) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 About the RoleLHH is partnering with a client that is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the senior leadership team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Assist with project management and follow-up on action items.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Support event planning and logistics for meetings, conferences, and team activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Experience supporting C-level executives.
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
